You are welcome to apply for various spaces operated by the NCKU Industry-Academia Innovation Center.

Located just a stone's throw away, you can discuss and advance your entrepreneurial plans with us anytime.

We offer a diverse range of spaces tailored for startup teams at different stages. Please refer to the following table for suggestions.

Before proceeding with the application, please register a personal account on our website and establish your company or team identity.

Your company or team identity will be verified by the center's staff before proceeding with the online application.

自強校區照坤精密儀器大樓-產創加速器空間

Tzu-Chiang Campus Instrumentation Equipments Building - IHQ Accelerator Space

新創公司、新創團隊、新創輔導單位、一般企業可申請照坤精密儀器大樓10樓產創加速器空間(GOOGLE ＭAP)

空間中包含3種選項：

1. 獨立辦公室(約1~2坪)，提供簡易辦公家具與獨立空調，每月收費10,000元。
2. 共同工作空間-固定座位(約1坪)，提供1個獨立置物櫃，每月收費3,000元。
3. 流動座位，僅限本校學生創業團隊申請，提供1個獨立置物櫃，免費。

申請進駐獨立辦公室及共同工作空間-固定座位者可申請LV2門禁，LV2門禁允許進駐單位每周7日，每日上午8點至晚上10點進出產創加速器空間。

申請進駐共同工作空間-流動座位者可申請LV1門禁，LV1門禁允許學生團隊於上班日每日上午8點至下午5點進出產創加速器空間。

注意事項：

• 新創公司、新創團隊、新創輔導單位、一般企業首次進駐後可簽約進駐6~12個月(按中心主管審定)，期滿之後每年續約均須經中心主管再次審查，審查通過可續約1年。
• 本校學生團隊若欲參加各項創業競賽、計畫，於競賽計畫申請截止日前90日可申請免費進駐流動座位，每次空間使用結束請整理桌面。

Startups, teams, counseling units, and general enterprises can apply for the IHQ Accelerator Space on the 10th floor of the Instrumentation Equipments Building (GOOGLE MAP).

The space includes 3 options:

1. Independent office (about 1-2 ping, 1 ping = 3.3 sq. meters), with basic office furniture and independent air conditioning provided, with a monthly fee of NT$10,000.
2. Shared workspace-fixed seats (about 1 ping), with 1 independent locker provided, with a monthly fee of NT$3,000.
3. Mobile seats are only available for student entrepreneurial teams at our school, with 1 independent locker provided, free of charge.

Those who apply for an independent office or a fixed seat in the shared workspace can apply for LV2 access control, which allows for 7-day access to the IHQ Accelerator Space from 8 am to 10 pm. Those who apply for a mobile seat in the shared workspace can apply for LV1 access control, which allows for access on workdays from 8 am to 5 pm.

Notes:

• Startups, teams, counseling units, and general enterprises can sign a contract for 6-12 months (as determined by the center supervisor) after their first occupancy. After the expiration of the contract period, the renewal contract must be reviewed and approved by the center supervisor each year.
• Student teams at our school who want to participate in various entrepreneurship competitions and plans can apply for free mobile seats within 90 days before the application deadline. After each use, please tidy up your desktop.

自強校區科技大樓-企業育成空間

Tzu-Chiang Campus Science-Technology Building - Enterprise Incubation Space

成長中的公司若需要較大的營運場地，我們在自強校區科技大樓(GOOGLE MAP)設有企業育成空間，

各獨立空間大小自7.5坪至27坪不等，獨立門戶出入，24小時進出，另有會議室及儲藏室可供進駐公司預約使用。

進駐費用：

1. 空間費，每坪500元/月。
2. 服務費，進駐第1年，每月5,000元/進駐第2年，每月6,000元/進駐第3年(含以上)，每月7,000元。
3. 電費，獨立電表計量收費。
4. 空間保證金，進駐時收取3個月空間費，離駐時無息退還

注意事項：

• 通過審查後首次簽約3年，3年期滿之後每年續約均須經中心主管審查，審查通過可續約1年。
• 科技大樓空間不附冷氣，請自行裝設，辦公家具則視進駐時中心庫存免費借用。

For those in need of a larger operating space, we offer an Enterprise Incubation Space at the Self-Strengthening Campus Technology Building (GOOGLE MAP). These spaces range from 7.5 to 27 ping (1 ping = 3.3 sq. meters) with independent entrances, 24-hour access, and a meeting room and storage room available for reservation.。

Fees for occupying the space:

1. Space rental fee: NT$500 per ping per month.
2. Service fee: NT$5,000 per month for the first year of occupancy, NT$6,000 per month for the second year, and NT$7,000 per month for the third year and beyond.
3. Electricity fee: charged according to the electricity meter reading.
4. Space deposit: a 3-month space rental fee will be collected upon occupancy, and will be refunded without interest upon departure.

Notes:

After passing the review, the first contract will be for 3 years. After the expiration of the 3-year period, the renewal contract must be reviewed and approved by the center supervisor each year, and can be renewed for 1 year if approved.

The Science-Technology Building spaces do not include air conditioning, please install your own. Office furniture can be borrowed for free from the center's inventory upon occupancy.
